Getafe Open to Selling Nigeria Midfielder Christantus Uche
Getafe president Ángel Torres says the club is ready to sell Nigeria international Christantus Uche this summer if a suitable offer arrives. Uche spent the 2025/26 season on loan at Premier League side Crystal Palace. He made 14 league appearances without a goal or assist but found the net twice in four UEFA Europa Conference League matches. Crystal Palace decided against triggering their purchase option after he failed to meet performance clauses. Uche remains under contract with Getafe until next season, and the coach is keen to keep him if no offer comes in. Torres confirmed the club won’t hesitate to negotiate a sale should they receive an acceptable bid, according to reports.
