Joe Igbokwe Slams Sowore: “Insulting President Tinubu Is Not a Career”
Joe Igbokwe, a senior APC chieftain, has criticised activist and presidential hopeful Omoyele Sowore after an Abuja High Court ordered his remand at Kuje prison on June 22. Igbokwe welcomed the judgement and argued that insulting President Bola Tinubu is not a career choice. He stressed that Nigeria operates under the rule of law. He further accused Sowore of taking the law into his own hands by leading disruptive protests, undermining public peace, and allegedly encouraging violence in the South East. He called on all citizens to respect due process.
