Hit-and-Run Convoy Vehicle Kills Young Woman on RSU Campus

A young woman was killed after being struck by a speeding vehicle in a convoy on Road A within Rivers State University campus on the night of June 23. The impact threw her head onto the tarred road, causing fatal injuries. Eyewitnesses say several vehicles in the convoy drove away after realizing she had died. The Rivers State Police Command has not yet issued an official response. Investigations are underway to identify the driver.
