Separated but She’s Six Months Pregnant – Can I Sue for Bigamy?

A few days before our second anniversary, my wife asked me to return her to her parents after she destroyed our marriage photo. We’re still legally married and haven’t started any divorce proceedings. Now she’s six months pregnant, and I suspect the child isn’t mine. She’s also pressured her family to retrieve my dowry papers and threatened to use this pregnancy to force me into more concessions. I feel betrayed and want to know if I can file a bigamy suit or take other legal action to protect my rights. What are my options under Nigerian law?
