Ubi Franklin Roasts Portable After Epic Loss to Carter Efe
Ubi Franklin shared a laughing clip of Portable’s defeat after skitmaker Carter Efe claimed the celebrity boxing title in Lagos. Carter Efe also pocketed ₦50 million from E-Money and secured a German visa for the win. Portable has accused the organisers of foul play, arguing Carter used his long reach unfairly. He’s demanding ₦200 million in compensation and lamenting that his wife was in labour during the match. Before the fight, Portable had asked Carter for ₦10 million to appear on his livestream, saying he would no longer give away his platform for free. This isn’t Portable’s first time in the ring. He knocked out Speed Darlington last year and beat actor Charles Okocha in 2023. He’s since challenged Chief Priest and even offered to fight Davido’s friend for big money. Portable first shot to fame with his 2021 hit “Zazu Zeh” featuring Olamide and Poco Lee.
