Catholic Priest Urges Nigerian Youths to Seek God Amid Economic Hardship
Rev. Fr. Jeremiah Ikezue has urged Nigerian youths to make God a priority as they confront economic hardship and growing social pressures. Speaking to mark International Youth Day, the cleric said the struggle to survive has placed many young people under immense strain. He called on elders and religious leaders to pay closer attention to their welfare, challenges and spiritual growth. Fr. Ikezue warned against crime, moral decline and a return to pagan practices. He encouraged young people to remain rooted in Christian faith and seek direction in Christ.
