Arsenal Injury Concern as Odegaard, Havertz and Timber Miss UCL Training

Arsenal’s hopes suffer a blow as captain Martin Odegaard, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber were absent from the open training session ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League semi-final second leg against Atletico Madrid. Odegaard’s knee issue flared up last week in Madrid, while Havertz continues to nurse a muscle problem picked up in the win over Newcastle. Manager Mikel Arteta remains hopeful but will make any final decisions late. Timber is still recovering from an ankle injury sustained in the League Cup final, having not featured since March. Mikel Merino also races against time to return after January foot surgery.
