Our client, a dynamic financial services company in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, is seeking a Head of People & Culture to lead strategic HR initiatives and drive organizational growth. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. You will shape a high-performance culture, oversee talent acquisition and retention, and deliver practical HR solutions that impact the firm’s bottom line. Ideal candidates hold a B.Sc. in Human Resources or Business Administration (MSc/MBA preferred) with at least eight years in strategic HR leadership. Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM or CIPD) is highly desirable.
