Fed Up with Kidnappings and Impunity in Nigeria
Every morning brings fresh grief. First it was the widow in Jos. Then 37 children were taken. Today I read about Justice Crack’s ordeal at the hands of the DIA. A taxpayer-funded agency meant to protect citizens is accused of harassment, abduction, and disappearance. It reminded me of my own detention by the DSS for being a journalist. One officer even warned they could kill me with no consequences. I’m tired of the insecurity. Tired of the injustice. Tired of the abuse of power. How much more must Nigerians endure?
