Advice Needed: Choosing the Most Marketable Master’s Specialization in Education

I need advice on choosing a master’s specialization that will offer strong career prospects across universities, polytechnics, and colleges of education. I hold a BA.Ed in Christian Religious Studies and plan to become a lecturer. For my second degree, I want to explore one of these fields: • Psychology of Education • Education Management and Planning • Guidance and Counseling • Curriculum Studies Which of these options is the most marketable in academia? Any insights or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
