Porto Coach Uncertain as Moffi’s €8m Option Looms

Porto head coach Francesco Farioli says the club has not decided whether to trigger the €8m purchase option for Nigerian forward Terem Moffi, who joined on loan from Nice in January. Both the club and the player have expressed a desire to move on, but talks are ongoing. Moffi, unsettled after a confrontation with Nice supporters following a December defeat, has scored two goals in ten league appearances for Porto. Nice’s co-president has ruled out his return, leaving the final call to fresh negotiations between both sides.
