I'm curious, does anyone think a Monday–Saturday schedule for an HR officer role can still allow proper work-life balance in Lagos?

You hit the nail! Six days wide o, but with solid after-five routines and a full Sunday rest, balance fit hold.

The ₦200,000 salary seems competitive, but considering Abule Ado commuting and six-day weeks, it might stretch tight for everyday expenses.

With all due respect, a six-day workweek plus heavy onboarding and employee record duties might overload any HR officer, even in a solid company.

It might help to map out commuting routes to Abule Ado ahead of time and prepare templates for onboarding to streamline those HR tasks.
