Primate Urges Goodluck Jonathan to Preserve Legacy by Skipping 2027 Presidency Bid
The Primate of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, Most Rev. Dr. Henry C. Ndukuba, has called on former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan to sit out the 2027 presidential race. Speaking at the first session of the 13th Synod of the Diocese of Abuja, he said Jonathan’s global reputation as a role model would be best sustained by staying on the sidelines. “We don’t want you to spoil that good name. Be the senior citizen that you should be,” Rev. Ndukuba urged. “Your integrity inspires hope for civil leadership and sets a worthy legacy for generations to come.”
