Need Advice: Moving from the UK to Ireland to Join My Girlfriend
After three years of dating, my girlfriend moved to Ireland two years ago and I relocated to the UK last year. She recently secured a work sponsorship visa, but I can’t apply for a spousal visa until 2029. We’re both Nigerian. She works in healthcare, and I have a marketing background. I’m currently pursuing a master’s in Marketing and Management and will complete a PRINCE2 certification soon. I’d prefer not to have her restart the settled status process in the UK. Does anyone have suggestions on visa options, sponsorship routes, or other pathways for me to join her and start living together in Ireland?
