Why Are Tinubu’s Certificate Questions Returning Ahead of 2027?

The opposition raised questions about President Tinubu’s certificates, alleged drug-related records and secondary-school attendance before the 2023 election. The matters were also taken to court, but the challenges did not change the election outcome. Why are these issues returning as 2027 approaches? A screenshot circulating online questions whether Tinubu attended the secondary school listed in his INEC form. I find the claim unconvincing, especially given his work history with an international company. Do these allegations still have political relevance, or are opposition supporters revisiting arguments that have already failed?

What has changed since the court challenges, or is the opposition simply reviving familiar issues as 2027 approaches?

Fair point. Without clearly new information, revisiting the same questions near another election naturally invites political suspicion.

These questions were prominent before the 2023 election, yet they are resurfacing despite the cases not altering the result.

Election timing alone does not make concerns invalid, but repeating allegations without new evidence may not move the debate forward.

People should separate verified court outcomes from political claims and ask what concrete evidence, if any, is newly available.
