Two Suspects Arrested for Fatal Mob Killing of NYSC Member in Benue

Police in Benue have arrested two suspects in connection with the mob killing of Mr Benjamin Msughaondo, an NYSC member. He was beaten to death after being falsely accused of stealing a motorcycle near the Buruku Local Government Secretariat. The incident occurred around midnight on Sunday at Major settlement. Police say the group acted without any investigation into the claim. Preliminary findings revealed that documents proved he was the rightful owner of the motorcycle. One suspect remains at large. Authorities have assured that a full investigation will be carried out to bring all involved to justice.
