Pastor Killed, Two Church Members Injured in Fresh Bokkos Attack

A pastor, identified as Philibus, was reportedly killed and two church members were critically injured after armed assailants attacked Fubok village in Daffo District, Bokkos Local Government Area of Plateau State. The attack reportedly occurred on Thursday night after three people were said to have been killed in a nearby community. Reports also indicated continuing shootings around Dorowa in Barkin Ladi LGA. A local youth association had earlier warned residents and travellers along the Dorowa Babuje axis to stay away from the area and urged security agencies to deploy personnel. Residents were advised to remain calm and rely on verified safety updates.
