Kanye West Reaches Settlement With Ex-Assistant in Sexual-Harassment Lawsuit
Kanye West and his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, have reached an out-of-court settlement in the sexual-harassment lawsuit she filed in 2024. Court documents filed in Los Angeles state that the parties reached an unconditional settlement on July 23. A request to dismiss the case is expected to be filed within 45 days. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Pisciotta had alleged that West sent her sexually explicit messages and videos, sexually assaulted her, and drugged her during a studio session. West previously denied allegations of sexual misconduct. His representatives had not commented publicly on the settlement at the time of reporting.
