PAP Scholarship 2026/2027 Opens for Eligible Niger Delta Students

Applications are open for the 2026/2027 Presidential Amnesty Programme Scholarship for eligible indigenes of the Niger Delta. The scheme supports undergraduate, master’s and PhD studies at approved Nigerian institutions, subject to academic performance and compliance with programme conditions. Undergraduate applicants must be at least 16, have sat for the 2026 UTME or be newly admitted into 100 level, and hold at least five O’Level credits including English and Mathematics. Applicants awaiting WAEC or NECO results are not eligible. Postgraduate applicants must provide the relevant degree credentials, NYSC certificate and LGA identification letter. Beneficiaries must maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.0 each session. Previous PAP beneficiaries seeking further sponsorship need a First Class or Second Class Upper degree, but renewed sponsorship is discretionary. Applicants should prepare clear supporting documents and submit accurate information before the 21 August 2026 deadline.
