Many lived in comfort during Noah’s days. They ate, drank, and celebrated without fear. No one expected the flood until it arrived. Similarly, Christ’s coming will take the world by surprise. His revelation will end the great tribulation and usher in His reign over all. As Matthew 24:37–39 teaches, life may seem ordinary right up to the final moment.
