Join ASL Travels as Growth Manager – Drive Regional Expansion

ASL Travels in Lagos is seeking a Growth Manager to lead our expansion across Nigeria’s travel, tourism, and hospitality markets. You will own the growth function end to end and turn strategy into measurable revenue. Key Responsibilities - Design and execute B2B and B2C growth strategies - Secure and manage partnerships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and corporate clients - Optimize digital and offline acquisition channels - Lead a small commercial team and track performance metrics - Represent ASL Travels at industry events and trade forums Qualifications - 4–7 years in business development, growth, or commercial roles, ideally in travel, hospitality, or aviation - Established network in Nigeria’s travel and corporate sectors - Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills - Confident communicator able to engage C-suite clients - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field; MBA is a plus We offer a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and a senior leadership role within the Alpha Step Links group.
