Sam Larry Breaks Silence After Crash: ‘I Can’t Walk, I’ll Use a Wheelchair’
Music promoter Sam Larry has revealed he will rely on a wheelchair after a collision on the Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway left his vehicle wrecked and his bouncer dead. He survived and is receiving treatment in hospital. Speaking from his hospital bed, Sam Larry said he’s doing well and expects to be discharged soon. “The only issue I’m facing right now is that I can’t walk, so I’ll be using a wheelchair and God knows till when. But I’m grateful to be alive,” he explained, denying negative rumours about the accident. Sam Larry’s reputation has been under scrutiny since a video emerged showing him assaulting the late Mohbad. He and Naira Marley were briefly held in custody but released on bail. Both have since undertaken charitable activities in an effort to restore their standing among fans.
