Anambra Speaker Udeze Set to Receive South-East’s Most Outstanding Legislative Award

Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze of Anambra State House of Assembly will be honoured as the South-East’s Most Outstanding Speaker at the National Legislative Awards. The award ceremony, organised by Hallowmace Africa in partnership with the Conference of Speakers of State Houses of Assembly, takes place on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the NAF Event Conference Center in Abuja by 4pm. His office notes that this recognition follows his leadership, legislative reforms and contributions to strengthening parliamentary work in Anambra and across Nigeria. Colleagues, constituents and well-wishers from Ogbaru LGA and beyond have congratulated him and prayed for continued success. The event will welcome federal and state legislators, top government officials and other distinguished guests from public and private sectors.
