PBAT/KOH Agege Forum Feeds Over 500 Families in Eid Al-Adha Outreach
On Tuesday, May 26, the PBAT/KOH Agege Executive Forum gathered at State Senior High School to distribute food items to more than 500 residents from Agege LGA and Orile-Agege LCDA in celebration of Eid Al-Adha. The event drew community leaders, elderly citizens, and local families who came peacefully to receive support. Beneficiaries each received bags of rice, groundnut oil, and seasoning cubes. The distribution aimed to ease economic challenges and allow families to celebrate the Salah festivities together with dignity and joy. Mr. Adeniran Samson Israel, Convener of the Forum, explained that the initiative reflects a spirit of sacrifice, kindness, and unity. He stressed that community service goes beyond politics and pledged continued grassroots support. One beneficiary, Chief Mrs. Kemi Taiwo, Iyalaje of Orile-Agege, thanked the organisers for their compassion. She said such outreach strengthens bonds between leaders and residents and prayed for the Forum’s ongoing success.
