US Mission Warns Nigerians Against AI-Edited Passport Photos
The United States Mission in Nigeria has warned passport applicants not to submit AI-generated, filtered or digitally edited photographs. The mission said edited images will not be accepted. Applicants must use a genuine, recent photo that clearly reflects their current appearance. Passport photographs should be taken within the last six months and must allow U.S. border officials to identify the traveller easily.
