Chief Ombudsman Opens PCC North-Central Staff Training in Abuja
The Chief Commissioner of the Public Complaints Commission and Chief Ombudsman of the Federation, Bashir Abubakar, has opened a staff training programme for the Commission’s North-Central zone in Abuja. He said the programme will strengthen officers’ skills in complaint resolution, mediation, investigation and customer service. He urged participants to serve Nigerians with integrity, empathy, impartiality and professionalism. The training is part of the Commission’s nationwide staff-development programme aimed at improving institutional performance and public trust in its complaint-resolution services.
