Tinubu Declares Infrastructure Deliveries Are Silencing Doubters as Old Keffi Road Opens
President Bola Tinubu says his administration’s visible infrastructure projects are winning over early skeptics. He spoke at the commissioning of the 16 km Old Keffi Road in Abuja, calling it proof of the Renewed Hope Agenda’s promise to identify problems, fund solutions and deliver results. Represented by Senate President Godswill Akpabio, the President recalled that many doubted the end of abandoned projects in Abuja. He highlighted the new corridor as one of several milestones unveiled to mark his administration’s third anniversary. FCT Minister Nyesom Wike thanked the President for his backing of the territory’s road upgrades. He also responded to residents’ banners by ordering immediate work on the 6 km Kagini-Zauda-Kabba rural road, which will link three settlements to the Outer Northern Expressway. The completed Old Keffi corridor will ease travel for commuters, traders and families across Kado, Saburi, Gwagwa, Karmo, Idu and Dei-Dei. Work on the new rural link is set to begin soon.
