Edo Police Arrest Suspect Over Sexual Exploitation and Distribution of Explicit Material

The Edo State Police Command has arrested 32-year-old Francis Duwa in Benin City over alleged sexual exploitation and distribution of explicit videos. Two victims, one male and one female, were rescued from his apartment alongside recovered adult toys and related exhibits. According to the police spokesperson, the arrest followed complaints from residents about suspicious activities. Investigations show the suspect lured victims under false pretences, recorded them without consent, and conspired with others to circulate the content for financial gain. Authorities have urged young people to pursue legitimate means of livelihood and respect the rights and dignity of others.
