I owed PalmPay about ₦51,000 including default charges and transferred ₦71,000 from my personal bank accounts to settle everything. After the repayment, I saw that ₦19,000 of my balance was frozen. Customer care told me Zenith Bank flagged an erroneous transfer to my PalmPay account dated October 15, 2025. I checked my transaction history—there’s no record of any such transfer, and my last activity was in June 2024. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to resolve it?
