Apply Now: Fully Funded Ireland Fellows Masters Scholarships

The Ireland Fellows Programme nurtures future leaders and builds in-country capacity to achieve Sustainable Development Goals while strengthening ties with Ireland. Selected candidates receive full funding for academic fees, visa costs, insurance, economy flights and residence permit fees. Allowances include a settling-in grant, completion stipend, a monthly living stipend, plus student accommodation support. Eligible applicants must be citizens or residents of designated African countries with a bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Upper) awarded in 2015 or later, and 2–3 years of relevant work experience. You should not hold or already be pursuing a master’s degree and must be ready to start a new programme in Ireland in the 2027/2028 academic year. To apply, review the official guidance, select three eligible master’s programmes and follow the two-stage application process including interviews. Check the country-specific requirements and prepare your English language test results for admission and visa applications.
