1 / 3

Ogun State Police Command arrested three suspected armed robbers after an intelligence-led operation. Detectives from the Anti-Robbery Squad first detained a suspect found with a suspicious vehicle plate. Further investigation led to the arrest of the syndicate leader and seizure of a stolen Toyota Sienna and a locally fabricated pistol. In a related move, officers recovered a stolen Toyota Corolla in Ibadan and linked it to the same network. A third arrest in Lagos yielded a 2017 Lexus RX 350 traced to Abuja and another firearm. The state Commissioner of Police commended his team’s professionalism and vowed to sustain efforts for public safety.
