Nigerian Filling Stations Cut Petrol Price Amid Crude Oil Swings
Daily Post reports some Abuja stations have reduced premium motor spirit to N1,280 per liter from N1,300 amid crude oil volatility. NNPC Limited and MRS outlets now sell petrol at N1,261 per liter, N19 cheaper than Ranoil and Sharon stations. Other retailers like AA Rano and Empire Energy still charge between N1,300 and N1,330 per liter. Dangote Refinery’s gantry price remains at N1,175, while depot owners retail between N1,192 and N1,200. Brent crude peaked at $114 a barrel before easing to $107.
