How to Apply for Free Online Replacement of Your PVC with INEC
INEC has opened its online portal for replacing lost or damaged Permanent Voter’s Cards from Monday, 11 May 2026 to Friday, 10 July 2026. To begin, create or sign in to your account on the INEC voter registration portal. Then select “Lost/Damaged PVC” and follow the prompts to retrieve your voter record. You will choose a replacement reason, upload a photo if your card is damaged, and verify your identity with two live snaps. Once complete, your replacement request slip will be displayed and emailed to you. Keep this slip for tracking and collection when the new card is ready.
