Kick-Start Your Engineering Career with Mantrac Graduate Trainee Program

Mantrac Nigeria Limited is the authorized dealer for Caterpillar, SEM and Perkins equipment. The graduate trainee program offers hands-on engineering experience, exposure to global standards and clear career development paths, including technical and professional training. As a trainee you will assist with engine assembly and disassembly, support maintenance and inspection activities, conduct performance tests, and contribute to field service and preventive maintenance in a safe, organized environment. To qualify you need a B.Sc or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, completion of NYSC and a valid driver’s license. Candidates with an MBA or M.Sc have an added advantage. Fresh graduates with up to three years’ experience and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
