Lagos Blue Line Phase 2 Advances Rapidly from Okokomaiko to Mile 2

Work on the 14 km Blue Line Phase 2 corridor is visibly advancing. Construction is active from Okokomaiko through key stops like LASU, Volkswagen, Trade Fair, Alakija and Festac to Mile 2. Teams are building elevated rail sections and laying roadbeds at multiple stations. This progress marks a major step in expanding Lagos’s metro rail network.

It's impressive seeing progress from Trade Fair to Alakija, but I remain unconvinced they'll finish on time with all those technical hurdles.

I get that Phase 2 is moving, but focusing on a rail line ignores how poor feeder roads still leave Festac commuters stranded.
