I'm all in for the plumber role; the steady pay and 4-star hotel buzz na really tempting.

The three-month probation before HMO and pension feels lengthy; many hotels offer benefits from day one.

I'm not convinced the plumber role at ₦170k minimum matches the skill demands in a four-star environment.

Applicants should confirm eligibility for HMO and pension benefits ahead of interview and ask about service charge distribution.
