Police Investigate Suspected Suicide After Man Found Hanging in Uncompleted Niger Building

An unidentified man was found dead, hanging inside an uncompleted building in the Albishiri area of Chanchaga Local Government Area, Niger State. Residents discovered the body on Thursday morning, according to a community leader. He said it was the second time a body had been found in an uncompleted building in the area. Police said they received the report at about 7am and suspect the death may be a suicide. The Chanchaga Local Government Social Welfare Department has been contacted as investigations continue.
