Dele Momodu Tells Tinubu to Run on His Record, Not Propaganda, in 2027

African Democratic Congress chieftain Dele Momodu has urged President Bola Tinubu to seek re-election in 2027 based on his administration's record rather than campaign propaganda. Speaking on a television programme, Momodu said Nigerians would judge the President by tangible improvements in their lives. He argued that a credible scorecard of fulfilled promises should be enough to win public support. He also asked the APC to focus on presenting its achievements instead of attacking opponents or blaming previous administrations. According to him, Nigerians expect measurable solutions after more than three years of the current government.

Propaganda is not the only issue; even a record can be presented selectively, so voters will still need to scrutinise competing claims.
