You will supervise food preparation, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure consistent taste and presentation. You will also train junior staff and assist with menu planning, inventory, and waste control. Requirements: • HND in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field • 3–5 years of restaurant or hospitality experience • Strong knowledge of local and continental dishes • Excellent leadership and time-management skills • Solid understanding of food safety and inventory control Meals are provided during work hours.
