Tinubu Sweeps Edo APC Primary with 131,096 Votes to Just One for Osifo

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu secured a commanding 131,096 votes in the APC presidential primary held across all 192 wards in Edo State. The exercise, supervised by Governor Monday Okpebholo as returning officer, was conducted peacefully. Stanley Osifo trailed with a single vote across the entire state. Detailed results showed Tinubu leading in every local government. His highest totals included 13,147 votes in Ikpoba-Okha, 11,497 in Etsako West, and over 9,000 in Oredo LGA.
