Full-Time • Onsite • Salary: ₦150,000–₦200,000/month (negotiable) Location: Maryland, Lagos We’re looking for a detail-focused Workforce Management Analyst to forecast staffing needs, schedule teams, monitor real-time performance, and deliver data-driven insights for efficiency and service quality. Responsibilities: • Use historical data to forecast workload and staffing requirements • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet demand • Monitor live operations and optimize service levels • Track attendance, adherence, and productivity • Produce performance and forecast accuracy reports • Collaborate with HR and Operations on hiring, training, and capacity planning • Support peak planning and special projects Requirements: • OND, HND, or B.Sc. • 1–2 years in workforce management, planning, or operations (call center experience preferred) • Familiarity with call center metrics (Service Level, ASA, AHT, Occupancy, Shrinkage) • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills • Strong data analysis, reporting, and communication abilities • Attention to detail and stakeholder management skills • Reside in Maryland, Lagos or nearby Qualified candidates should complete the application form and attach an updated CV to apply.
