African Business Leaders to Convene in Marrakech for 100 Most Notable Africans Summit 2026

African Business Leaders to Convene in Marrakech for 100 Most Notable Africans Summit 2026

The organizers of the 100 Most Notable Africans Leadership and Business Summit have confirmed new dates for 2026: June 26–28 in Marrakech, Morocco. High demand from delegates, award nominees and strategic partners led to the change. The revised schedule will enable broader participation and stronger networking opportunities. The three-day gathering at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès and Mövenpick Hotel will unite executives, policymakers, entrepreneurs and innovators for leadership talks, investment sessions and the annual awards ceremony. Hosted by the Davdan Peace and Advocacy Foundation and its partners, the summit has become a key platform for celebrating African excellence, forging cross-border partnerships and advancing sustainable development.

You say eager to learn—are you referring to their market expansion strategies or their funding approaches?

I doubt the date change affects much. Better to ask what real challenges they'll address rather than fret over timing.

They cite high delegate demand for the date change, yet smaller companies with tighter budgets might struggle to secure travel and lodging so early.

I see the organizers touting broader participation, but in reality, a high-profile venue often means fewer grassroots voices get heard.
