He posted a video documenting consultations with his surgeon and the operation at a London clinic. Bellingham first injured his shoulder during the 2022–23 season with Borussia Dortmund but chose to play on with a supportive brace. A fall in November 2023 led to another painful dislocation, forcing him to have surgery in July after three years of managing the issue.
