APC Chieftain Says Christians Now Comfortable With Muslim-Muslim Ticket

APC Chieftain Says Christians Now Comfortable With Muslim-Muslim Ticket

An APC leader has told Arise TV’s The Morning Show that Nigerian Christians are now more at ease with the party’s Muslim-Muslim presidential ticket than before the 2023 poll. He explained that the current administration has allayed earlier concerns about religious exclusion. According to the chieftain, retaining Vice President Kashim Shettima for 2027 reflects public confidence in the winning duo. He recalled the widespread criticism over the all-Muslim ticket in 2023 and insisted the president has governed without religious bias. This, he argued, proves no faith group is being sidelined.
