Trump is set to make a nationwide address at 6pm Nigerian time. At the same hour, the UK Prime Minister and Australia’s leader will deliver their own speeches. All three could be preparing to declare full-scale war. Trump needs Congress to approve a formal declaration. In the UK and Australia, Parliament must vote and the King must give royal assent. I believe Trump may strike now while some GOP legislators still hold their seats before the midterm elections.
