Osun Police Warn Groups Against Forceful Takeover of LG Offices

The Osun State Police Command has warned individuals and groups against any attempt to forcefully take over local government offices or affairs in the state. The command said it received reports of planned takeovers while the dispute is still before the court. It stressed that no political group, association or individual should resort to self-help or force. Police urged all parties to remain calm and allow the courts to resolve the matter according to the law.
