Join uEstate AI as Customer Success Manager (Remote/Nationwide)

uEstate AI is an AI-powered PropTech startup helping real estate professionals grow through intelligent digital tools. We combine AI, automation and property services into one powerful platform to accelerate industry adoption. We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to expand our community across Nigeria. You will recruit quality real estate agents, guide them through onboarding, and ensure they become active users who gain real value from our products. Key duties include identifying warm leads, conducting product demonstrations, assisting with registration and listings, following up to drive engagement, resolving basic support issues and gathering feedback to improve the customer experience. You enjoy meeting new people, have excellent communication skills, are passionate about technology and work independently. Basic smartphone and computer skills are required. Previous experience in sales, customer service or real estate is an advantage but not essential.
