You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, designing and executing HR strategies that drive growth. Your responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, retention, and talent development, while building a high-performance, values-based culture. The ideal candidate holds a B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA or MSc as an advantage. You bring at least eight years of strategic HR leadership experience and hold relevant certification (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD).
