Head of People & Culture Role at Leading Financial Services Firm in Lekki

Our client is a fast-growing financial services firm in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive net salary of ₦1,000,000 per month. You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, designing and executing HR strategies that drive growth. Your responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, retention, and talent development, while building a high-performance, values-based culture. The ideal candidate holds a B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA or MSc as an advantage. You bring at least eight years of strategic HR leadership experience and hold relevant certification (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD).
