Why Politicians Unite for Celebrations but Divide When Nigerians Suffer

A few days ago, NSA Nuhu Ribadu and Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila visited Ogbomoso without informing the state governor. Meanwhile, ordinary Nigerians are shoulder-tapping to meet basic needs. We generate our own power, buy clean water, seek healthcare through traditional remedies, and pay for private security. Yet politicians set aside their differences for personal celebrations. They only unite when it does not concern the masses. These leaders do not care about everyday Nigerians. We must hold them accountable, regardless of party loyalty.
