Amaechi Backs Fuel Subsidy Removal but Urges Direct Cash Payouts

I support President Tinubu’s removal of the fuel subsidy. The saved funds must go directly to Nigerians. We have seen increased allocations to states and local governments. The minimum wage has more than doubled. Abandoned infrastructure projects are back on track. Yet between President Tinubu and Obi, I’m not sure who offers clearer solutions. I’ve never seen Amaechi present concrete plans to address our challenges.
